⚠️ Discontinuation of support for older versions and Cloud ⚠️

Dear customers,
as part of improving security and modernizing the system, support for older versions of the Miraf SongBook application is being discontinued. The current versions use new certificates and more advanced security mechanisms. This ensures better protection of communication and data processing. Unfortunately, older versions no longer support these technologies:



For trouble-free use, it is necessary to upgrade to at least version 12.20, 11.34, or 10.21.
Please do not submit technical support requests if you are not using the current version of the application.

Before sending your question, please read the already answered questions in the Frequently Asked Questions section and ensure that you have the latest version of the program installed. Also, carefully review your online account, where you can make changes to passwords, unlock licenses, or update personal information yourself.
If you are a registered user with a valid license, please provide your registration number that you received when purchasing the program. This will speed up the process.

Each customer can manage their passwords and registration numbers themselves in their account, and there is no need to contact technical support if you do not have a password or want to change it. Likewise, you can see all your registration numbers and their validity in your account. You can unlock licenses or update your personal information. By this, I confirm that I am aware of these options and have thoroughly reviewed all the possibilities of the online account before contacting technical support.
